The caregiver mobile app supports labels and alerts in 7 languages: Spanish, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, Russian, and Korean.

The app supports offline mode. Caregivers can access their schedule and complete required actions offline. The app automatically syncs when the internet connection is restored and displays the last sync timestamp. In case of unsynced schedules, the caregiver can tap on ‘Quick Actions’ and document schedules on the go.

When a caregiver clocks out via the app, it automatically walks them through each mandatory completion action in order. The shift does not close until all required actions are completed to ensure the documentation is complete. This ensures EVV compliance is captured at the point of care before the caregiver leaves the client.

Yes, caregivers can browse available open shifts using the caregiver app. The shifts are filtered by distance, time, client, and service type, and they can even request shifts as required. Additionally, agencies can also offer specific shifts to specific caregivers through the Offered tab.
